"I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I was with this company! We were needing leveling of our home foundation and our driveway. This company was very quick to respond, get a quote, do the work, and clean up after themselves. Their crews were second to none! It is so nice to deal with a company that actually does what they say they’re going to do, and arrives when they say they’re going to arrive! Alex was the first person I met that gave me the estimate. He was very friendly, polite, and knew his job well! After I hired them, the first crew were the ones that worked on our home. They consisted of LJ, Zach, Lee, and Nike. I cannot say enough good things about this crew! They were very polite and friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. LJ was the lead, and he kept me informed every step of the way, and as I said, was so very polite and friendly! I felt I was in very good hands with these men! There was a second crew that finished up on the last day that consisted of Sheldon, Daniel, and Angel. Sheldon was very polite and friendly also, but I didn’t really have much interaction with Daniel or Angel. They were all very professional and knew what they were doing also. The next crew that did our driveway consisted of David and Jesse. Once again, I can’t say enough good things about these two men! They were both also very polite, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing! I had no doubt that everything was being taken care of correctly with these two men! This company would be my first call if I ever needed them again! We have a large home, and a long large driveway, which is why it was more expensive. Thank you so much!"

"USA Floor-Tec did an absolutley amazing job on our driveway repair and stamped concrete deck repair. They went above and beyond to make the color and pattern match the existing stamped concrete. They also meticulously repaired and resurfaced our damaged driveway. All of the guys working on the project were very respectful and professional. Taylor who was overseeing the job was wonderful to work with. He communicated with us consistanly and clearly on the progress of the job and what we could expect. "showed them previos work shoewed them water problem in back both sides of yard.  showed cracked around windows and walls at varios rooms.they took measurements and came back with diagram and suggestions for additional work on leveling foundation.  with peirs ect.  had suggested fixing the water problem with a French drain to run from property line fence across drive and across brick patio by pool.  I agree we should fix water problem first with hope that house would settle back down when that issue is solved.  they never called back to schedual the work.  I called individual that did the estimate.  and he assured me they would call.  they did't call.  I gave the  3 1/2 weeks to call and schedual.  so I called an d cancelled project.

"Mr. Ed Wise at E-Tex Foundation Repair in Gladewater, Tx (903-331-3278) said the procedure would take a total of three days, told me everything that needed to be done, and kept in touch.  He called the day before to tell me they were coming out the next morning.   He and the crew were very friendly, and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally.  After digging out four pier holes, they laid cement and left it to dry through the next day.  He called the next day and let me know when they were coming out on the third morning.  They arrived on time and jacked the slab to re-level and shimmed with solid concrete blocks and plate steel shims.  Ground areas that had been lost were filled in with dirt and well-packed, and concrete pieces and dirt stabilized my driveway.  Everything was cleaned up from the work area, and I was extremely happy with the results.  I would recommend this company of very friendly, very competent people to everyone I know.  With the work guaranteed (with a transferable warranty) for 30 years, I have nothing but the best to say about the people and the services rendered.  Excellent communication from Mr. Wise beginning with my first email to the company for a bid through the completion of the job!

"I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.
