"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

"Johnny made an experience I was dreading very easy. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the information for me to make a decision to replace my tank water heater with a tankless for a very reasonable price that was within range of what I thought it should cost based on my research. . The quotes I got from three different companies the year before were much higher and convoluted. I also had him install a water softener with a water filtration system. The total price for the tankless water heater, water softener and filtration system was lower than 2 0f the 3 the quotes that I got from the other companies for just the tankless water heater. Johnny is also very accessible. I called him on a holiday weekend to ask a question not realizing it was a holiday. He actually answered my call and took the time to answer my question.
