Mr Burden is completely knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. He explains all steps of what he's doing and why. He doesn't charge for time he has to go and get parts and materials, and is a quick but thorough and careful plumber.

Our water heater had gone out after some 20 years. It is an odd size one, but Rod worked hard to find an exact replacement (he did).
Also at the same time, a city water line was run down our street so we asked him about the cost to have the line run to the house etc. He gave a reasonable price so we went with it.
Rod did a great job. He's professional, friendly, and honest. He checked everything completely and we will always got to this company first.

Plumbing
pipes behind shower burst and was flooding the bathroom and bedroom, called mr. burden and he came right out on sunday and patched temporary until next day. He returned and repaired.
