I am a Medical Assistant/Xray tech. I have been houses for the last 4 years, part time as my schedule becomes less hectic. My schedule varies with working at an urgent care but hopefully we can work around that to get some cleaning done. I enjoy it. It help relieve stress in a relaxing way. For me anyway. I have most of my experience cleaning Air BnB’s. A couple of residential properties. Anything extra your needing can be discussed before hand. I do a majority of basic cleaning. Making beds, dusting, sweeping and moping. Only laundry I have done is just for the bed linens. But if you’re needing help with laundry we can discuss that before hand. Any questions please ask. "We had many issues with our computer - primarily with the CD/DVD drive and iTunes. Jim eliminated over 700 viruses from our computer, which was just the beginning. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. I would highly recommend Jim and will definitely use his services in the future, as needed.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
