"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. "Stan Espinosa, of D & S, arrived within that window and replaced the igniter and was out the door within an hour. A few days later we turned on the oven and smelled the unmistakable odor of natural gas. We called Mr. Espinosa and reported odor and he told us that he would try to come by the following day. As promised he did show up the following day and discovered that the igniter was not close enough to the gas line allowing some gas to escape before the igniter heater up enough to light the line. We do not believe the igniter was installed incorrectly by the technician, we believe it is a design flaw by the manufacturer. Mr. Espinosa is a man of his word and backs up his work. We would hire him again."
