Air-Tech came out and quickly and professionally prepared a quote, scheduled the work and completed it in a professional and workman like manner for the agreed price. We were very impressed with the care they exhibited moving the old unit out of the house and bringing the new unit in. They improved the plenum and duct work in the mechanical room which helped to increase airflow throughout the house, and they did a great job setting the outside condensing unit. We have two HVAC systems in our house. One for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. I wish we had used Air-Tech for both system replacements. The difference in installation and workmanship is night and day. I will always use Air-Tech from now on.

Quality cooling and heating never did really diagnose the problem and tried to bypass the board which almost caused my compressor to overheat. Air tech came in and diagnosed and fixed the blown fan motor on the unit outside. Air tech had to cool the
compressor down with water from the hose. Compressor still works thus far. Fan motor was replaced and I was back in business.
Much better service and more down to earth with Air Tech.

We liked this person. He was very helpful and knowledgable. It's free to get a quote to replace and that's what we did with this company. Would recommend.

Air-Tech Heating and Air Conditioning was used by our builder when our home was built and we have always had lots of dust inside our home, even after installing Woodridge triple pane windows. Some rooms accumulate dust more quickly than other rooms with our closets being the worst. We went to Air-Tech Heating and Air Conditioning since they had done the original work on our home, thinking they would be interested in finding out why there is so much dust inside our home. Instead they tried to sell us an expensive HVAC replacement system to reduce allergenic pollutants. Our issue was and still is the amount of dust accumulation in our home and where is it coming from. We were charged a large amount of money to reseal duct work, triangles and silicon supply air grills between SST box and sheet rock. This did not help us at all. We do not recommend Air-Tech Heating and Air Conditioning and will not use them for anything in the future.

I called the afternoon before about a problem with our system and they were able to give me an appointment for the next morning. The office called me the next morning to confirm I still needed their services and then said the specialist would be right here. He arrived on time and got right to work. He found the problem and went back to the company to get the parts necessary for the repair. He quickly returned and fixed the unit. Then he spent a few minutes going over the ways to operate the thermostat. I was well-satisfied with the repair, but I would have appreciated his teaching me about the thermostat for a little longer time. I still felt a bit overwhelmed by the complexity of this thermostat.
