I am a Medical Assistant/Xray tech. I have been houses for the last 4 years, part time as my schedule becomes less hectic. My schedule varies with working at an urgent care but hopefully we can work around that to get some cleaning done. I enjoy it. It help relieve stress in a relaxing way. For me anyway. "My computer (Windows XP) was running very slow and had become almost inoperable. It was taking a very long time to process anything, especially anything to do with the internet. IE was taking 100% of the cpu most of the time. Jim worked on my computer remotely for several days defragging, cleaning, anti-virus, malware, etc., but could not get it to perform anywhere near where it should. We decided that I needed a new computer. Jim built me a new computer (Windows 7 with racing stripes). The new system works very well and I am pleased with it. When Jim switched my files over from old to new, the Kodak Easy-Share program with my pictures did not get transferred. He has promised to make that transfer when he installs a new door covering the DVD reader which was broken upon setup. I will update this review when this occurs. I am very pleased with the new system and would do it all over again if a similar situation were present.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

"They fixed the overhang on our front porch and the posts to hold it. We got soffit and fascia put on to match as the old was getting bad. We had 2 new windows put in our family room and a new storm door and inside door to replace one that had been in the house for over 60 yrs. and did not latch properly. They did excellent work. The only problem was some of the debris left in our backyard. Our two dogs would pick it up and try to chew it or bring it in the house to eat. That would be something to keep in mind for future customers with pets. Other than that, excellent work all around."
