Nice, clean carpets. The method he uses does not dry fast, so be prepared for damp carpets for a day or two. Also, I don't think he does upholstery.

Bobby returned my call promptly and completed the job even earlier than I had hoped. He pointed out some problem areas which we had not been aware of before--things like carpet coming up in places, that sort of thing. He was very pleasant and we appreciated his
work. It's so good to move into a home with CLEAN carpet. The previous owners had a dog which had ruined some of the window blinds and messed up the carpet. While there are some stains, those were there from before. Even if we decide to replace the carpet at some point, at least it is clean at the start.

He is very accommodating and has always been really nice. He is very friendly and has even come on a Sunday night for us. He can get out tough stains that we never thought would come out.
