"Once they arrived, very good. I had to call the agency as they were running late and I did not receive a call from them. The ladies were careful, and wiped/cleaned all surface areas for dusting, but did not dust items on the shelving itself (my husband and I have a collection of items that are small in size and they were still dusty on top, but this could be their policy). They cleaned 2.5 bathrooms very good. I had to reset "things back" to how I had positioned, but for first time here, they did awesome in that department. We do not have carpet, and they asked what type of flooring we had to ensure used correct cleaning supplies after vacuuming. I would use again, but only with a "deal" price (because I have a friend who cleans houses and said regular price was too high for services rendered).

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I was very happy with the cleaning Juve and his team did. My couches had not been cleaned in two years. They had some major stains from my daughter jumping and spilling liquids on. To top it off, they are bone colored couches. Juve was very prompt and showed up 10 minutes early the day of. After roughly two hours, my couches looked brand new.
