"The serviceman arrived on time. He was polite and dressed nicely. We made a walk through, discussing how the cleaning would take place. His helper arrived and they started moving furniture and objects to protect them or make it easier to clean. They started the cleaning process. When they were near completion they asked me to look around to see if I saw any problems. Then again they asked me to make another check. Large fans had been placed in operation to start the drying process as soon as a room was cleaned. After all of the rooms had been cleaned and the carpets were mostly dry, they removed the rest of the equipment and had me sign off and I paid for the work.

They took the time to explain issues they had noticed with radiant barrier and advise to go with blown in insulation even though it was less expensive. They could had just sold me the more expensive radiant barrier and I would have never known about the issues. Nice to know there are still honest contractors out there. They even helped with my CPS rebate. They were on time and when they finished they not only cleaned up but left the area cleaner than it was before they started. Would 100% hire them again."
