"I had been trying to schedule an appt with Danny for some time to clean my house gutters but there was always something standing in way either personal or weather related. I had given up on getting Danny to clean house gutters so imagine my surprise when he reached out to me to schedule appt on March 6th. He arrived at my home on March 6th at 8:30 am. I watched below as Danny climbed 22 ft ladder to reach gutters on 2 story townhouse. I liked that Danny kept me informed as to conditions of gutters. Danny noticed that the downsprout below roof was up to high & needed to be leveled to lower them to keep water off the roof when it rains. I watched below as he immediately got to work to correct issue. As Danny moved along roof to inspect gutters on back of house I noticed he appeared concerned about what noticed in area. When he came down from ladder he showed me 2 pictures he took of area 3ft x 2ft back right corner of roof. It was clear the roof was damaged. Danny notified a few shingles needed to be replaced & decking needed to be installed to maintain the integrity of roof to prevent extensive water damage. He even offered to refer me to someone he knows who does this type of work. I had no idea there was an issue with the house roof. It was worth the wait to get Danny Miranda to come out to clean house gutters. He saved me thousands of dollars because he discovered roof issue which I was later told by roofer had gone unnoticed for some time. I appreciate Danny because he is a conscientious & caring worker who treats his customer's home as if it were his own. Danny really wanted me to get my roof issue resolved so he sent roof pictures to my email account so I would have them to show roofer. Danny did wonderful job & I would hire him again whenever, I need someone to clean house gutters."
