Rudy quickly responded to my request for a quote and I feel that the quote was very reasonable. They arrived precisely on time and were able to remove the old pergola and finish the new one in one day. They were very neat and respectful of my property. The finished product is beautiful and sturdily built. The finished look is better than the pergola that they replaced. I know that I will be able to enjoy it for years to come. I will definitely consider using them again. I am very pleased with their work."

We agreed on a weekend, the morning of confirmed, and once they were 5 hours late, I text to check in. No reply. I called the next day, no reply. 4 days later, still haven?t heard what happened. I emptied out my entire kitchen/cabinets/ drawers for them to begin working only to be ghosted and my kitchen is now in complete disarray. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I can?t speak to their actual work however."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
