They ran across a few unanticipated issues with the wiring and never complained or tried to get more money. We have been using the new bathroom for a few months now and the difference is amazing. Previously the process for potty and shower was 4 transfers for her, picking up the chair into the shower, and me standing outside the shower to bathe her.
