I also had him install a new ceiling fan in another room, and he did an excellent job. The installation was clean and efficient, and the fan works perfectly and looks fantastic. "I called Oscar to install a whole house surge protector I had purchased online. He was able to install the device the next day. I had all the parts. Oscar had to cut a hole in the drywall and drill a hole thru the stud and into the panel ( not an easy job). Part of the problem was a full breaker panel, Oscar had to move 2 breakers to a sub-panel to make room for the new 50 amp breaker the surge protector needed.
