"After talking with other home builders in the Joshua area, we felt that Eddy Reamy listened & understood our needs. Before we signed a contract, he took us to see a home similar to what we were looking for. We needed an ADA complaint home with an open concept for the kitchen & living room. Downsizing from the 2000 square feet home that we had lived in for 50 yrs. to 1100sf was very concerning. Eddy gave us more usable space than we expected.
