They clean up and take everything they used away. They leave the extra paint and leave the place as it was when they arrived but with fresh paint. You don't pay until they finish the work. "I hired White Lion Painting to paint the entire interior of my home. We painted every surface including, walls, cabinets, baseboards, ceilings, doors, trim and even fireplace trim. Antonio and his guys treated my home with respect and arrived on time every day. Antonio had guys at my house on a daily basis, including Saturday, Sunday, and Memorial Day. No gaps in work days and wondering where people are. These guys work hard. His guys do quality work and only top quality products are used. They prep surfaces and cover all valuables. Ever, one of the crew leads, did a fantastic job floating my entire living room ceiling to ensure it was flat and all cracks were repaired. "The quality of the work done was excellent! We did have a couple of communication issues that delayed work a few days, but once those were cleared up, everyone was really responsive. They got the full restucco of our house done in 1 day! It seemed like everything on our house was more of a pain than we initially thought it would be, but the staff were fantastic about staying late and making sure everything was done well. They even took the time to paint our gutters so that they would coordinate better with the house. All the guys on the job were really skilled and very, very kind. The only thing that I had an issue with was the clean-up/follow-up work that was done. When they were scraping paint, they didn't cover the ground, or my children's sand box, so I've been picking up paint chips for some time. My young children and I also have found about a dozen screws in my grass/ground that were left behind when they were changing out the gutters. In addition, they didn't put back any of the paving stones they took up to dig for the restucco. Finally, there were also a few areas on the freshly painted woodwork that got chipped during the restucco, but no one came through at the end and did any touch-ups. They did leave the extra paint for me to do it, but it would have been nice if it were part of the work. All in all, it was a positive experience. I would recommend them, but just make sure you're firm about the clean-up details that you want done. "

"I contacted J.D. Taylor right after New Years in the first week of 2012 and in a couple of days he returned my call and made an appointment to look at the job and make an estimate. He was thorough in measurements and taking notes as we talked about what I wanted to have done. Later he sent me the estimate with bullet points that he had captured on the details. Included in the task was pouring a concrete floor into what had been a dirt floor and this was done within the confines of the structure. Sections of the wood siding that were in bad shape were replaced and repairs with bondo were done for a few areas that needed minor patching. The non-functioning garage door was replaced with an electric garage door with electronic garage key, and the door opening on the side was fitted with a standard door frame and door with lock. The paint on the outside of the garage was prepared and coated with primer and top coat. One of the details that did not get captured in the notes (and that I did not pay attention to until I did not see it at job completion) was for the addition of a workbench at the end of the garage. Mr. Taylor had his workman come out and add this the next week and only billed me $210 for this work (this is included in the $6160). (In addition and not included in the $6160, Mr. Taylor contacted an electrical contractor he often works with and that company took care of supplying new wire for a dedicated 20 amp service from the outside house fuse box to the garage.) I am pleased with the thoroughness, honesty and attention to detail that this contractor displayed. I am quite pleased with the quality of my new garage and would in the future hire him again."
