James came out quickly on a Friday evening (in a thunderstorm) and diagnosed a bigger issue.? James got the house cooled off and?also us set up for a repair.? The repair was completed the next Tuesday (today!) and this repair was done at no charge to us, even though I would have been happy to pay for the excellent customer care. ?Aire Serve had installed our new unit and Keith felt that the problem should not have happened with our new unit--we were not charged for the work and we now have a very cool home! "During the prolonged heat wave this summer, I contacted Cygnature about installing AC in both my rental house and my residence. Aaron and Heather came to my house on a Sunday to prepare the estimates. He was great at explaining the options and helping me decided what type of system was best for each house. On Wed, of the same week, they had a cancellation so they hustled to get the units we needed. Central air in the rental and ductless in my home. Aaron and his son Dominick came out and got right to work. By the end of the day both houses were done and cool. He is far and away one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Personable, ethical, professional, highly qualified and does excellent work for reasonable cost.
