"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. "We called them because we had seen a large snake drawing across the front walkway.  It turned out to be a Rat Snake.  When they inspected the attic they found traces of rat infestation, clearly pointed out the way that the rodents were getting into the attic, and places that they nested.

They came out the following day, 8 men showed up with large fans/blowers to remove the old insulation, then sprayed a disinfectant and new insulation.

They were professional, courteous, and spent about 6 hours from start to finish.
We have had no problems or indication of rats or mice since.

They followed up with a call and an inspection the next week, and just sent their quality control man out to make another complete inspection of the house and attic, checked all the traps which had not been touched.

"I like and trust Mr Carrillo because of another wonderful  job he did at our home (not roofing) When I set up an appointment it wasn't Mr Carrillo but another company with a different name claiming to work under Mr Carrillo. I didn't like this company because I felt they wanted to get the most of my insurance and as this person told me to use some of the same materials on my roof and still charge me full price what my insurance is willing to pay. By what this person said I decided not to get them.
