"Haven't heard back yet. I called Saturday. Emailed Sunday. Monday was a holiday. Figured Tuesday I'd hear something. Well, today is Wednesday, no response so I called this afternoon and was told that they have 24-48 hours to get back to me. I asked if since I called on Saturday, and Tuesday was the next business day, and today is Wednesday, if that meant I'd hear today or tomorrow. She said, she only just put the order in with the schedulers today, so not for another 24-48 hours. Meanwhile, I have random ant traps and spraying in a kitchen... counters, dishwasher. This isn't the first time I've gone through this customer service response with them, just the most recent. switching service providers."

"It worked out very well for me.  The initial deal was for $99; but for him to install 2 TVs, it took half hour extra, so I had to pay $35 for that 30 minutes extra time.  Then he also put TV mount for $130.  He was pretty prompt.  He easily told me that he was not available up front because he was running behind the holiday schedule.  He tried to accommodate me earlier, but since he was too busy, he couldn't.  The service turned out pretty good as I was pretending it to be.  He was pretty responsive and tried to contact him to have him schedule it for me.  He was pretty professional."
