"It turned out great. They came and sprayed all of the base boards. I told them if I have any problems and they just sprayed for that. Everything was positive. I used to clean houses and I cleaned a friend’s house and I saw dead bugs all over their house because had them sprayed. They told me who and it was Mid-Cities Pest Control and then a month later, there were more dead bugs. It was from the first time. I was impressed and that’s why I picked them. We had a special price with the contract we have with them."

"Don't expect rodent control to be cheap. It will run at least $1000. I checked with a few companies, and they offer different services. The major cost difference was that some companies try to sell you additional services that you may or may not need. This company did not try to upsell."

"Finally an alarm company that doesn't lock you into some crazy stupid contract! They should all do this. Who the heck knows where they will be in 3 years!
They updated my control board, both my key pads, added a wireless device and replaced my siren. They got me an appointment the very next day after I called. The tech was prompt to the point and proffessional. The only thing is he could have slowed down and been a little more thorough. Happy with everything so far.
