They confirmed that the Elkay faucet would require a new cartridge/stem, but that the kitchen faucet only needed a new stainless steel ball with stems and springs. They then went to their supply store for parts, returned and installed them, after which neither faucet leaked. "They were there in a timely manner on the day they said they would come. Determined water heater needed to be replaced. Went and got the water heater and installed it. It took a total of about three hours. The price was a little high. $1200 total for water heater and service. He said it was flat fee when I questioned him on this cost. When he talked to me on the phone he quoted $125 an hour. This did not equate to $1200 with the water heater."
