I had an issue with my Generac whole home generator and gave Seth a call. I had to run out of town and couldn’t meet him but he said he would get it fixed up for me. After the repair he asked about doing a PM on the generator and I said yes please do. He also gave me recommendations on things to do to keep dirt from getting inside when it splashes off the ground from rain. I was well pleased with Brightwire and how they care for the customer! I’ve recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

Seth arrived on time, completed the requested work quickly and efficiently while explaining the reasons for completing the work in the manner in which he did. He switched out an old fuse box in our well pump house with a modern breaker box while replacing an old light fixture and installing a GFCI outlet. He was polite, personable, and professional. We have a few projects in our pipeline that will require a licensed electrician. We will be hiring Seth for all of our future electrical needs.
