General Carpentry & Repair

I only have ONE bathroom and needed the work finished a.s.a.p.  My house was built in 1937--old wooden walls in some places, others had been drywalled and hideiously wallpapered; the walls were a mess.  It had been "updated" in the 1970s by a DIY-er.  The ceiling had had a leak, so even that needed to be redone. I choose a large heavy (granite top, of course...) vanity that had two sinks, so plenty of new plumbing had to be installed.   The upshot?  They finished in three days flat!  They fixed the walls--made them all match, textured and primered them.  They allowed me to paint them so that I could save a bit of money, plus I did it at night so that it would get finished sooner (the camp toilet on the back porch was already getting old).  They got the new sinks and fixtures installed perfectly.  My new and updated bath looks like something out of Home & Garden Magazine and they only charged me $2400!  Mr. Brumby and his daughter did the work themselves.  They were prompt, worked constantly, and I always felt comfortable with them in my house.  I will call them for future projects without hesitation.
