"We hired Moniz Concrete Coatings to add a topper to our concrete floors during our remodel. They were easy to work with initially, but we've had a number of issues due to poor workmanship. I believe this is mostly due to poor floor preparation (nail fossil, red stains, debris and dirt in the clearcoat, etc). We've been trying to get the flooring repaired under warranty for months without any luck."

"Eric came as planned to view my project. He is SO Knowledgeable!!! We walked, we talked. He is amazingly patient and kind. The estimate took time with the large project of front fence line, pull out dead hedges and bushes, plan a totally new look for the front . In the back he managed to revive my back fence, tear out trees and bushes from the side and around my pool. His crew even REBUILT a retaining wall that is now gorgeous. Eric brought me pictures and gave me a choice of what I would or would not like in my yard. His crew is so hard working and polite. They were here until 7:30 at night . The last day, to finish the wall, they set up lights to finish in the dark. Eric is such a gentleman and the price is fair , reasonable and honest. The best !!"
