I did agree to do the repairs at first, however after the guy left, i did some research on the costs and I contacted the repairman to questioned the cost for the parts. He said he would proved a breakdown of the charges but that was never provided. I was never shown the bad part nor was the final repairs shown to me so I have no proof that a part was actually replaced. I had to request a reply to my inquiries multiple times which added to the frustration that I didn?t think more about how the costs were presented. I do take partial blame for my dissatisfaction but do believe I was overcharged for the service provided."

"We called this company out for a hinge problem on our oven. They diagnosed the problem after taking the door off of our oven and said we needed to order parts to complete the work. The service technician put the door back on improperly and the door fell off and broke the glass. They said that the manufacturer does not make these doors anymore and there was nothing they could do to fix this new damage. They now refuse to respond or do anything about our oven that is now completely out of commission."
