"I needed to replace an old gas hot water heater. I had tried several other plumbers who claimed to give me an estimate, but then never showed up. "I worked with Josh Nye of New Bath. He made the whole process very painless. I consulted with 5 different companies and circled back to Josh because of his personality. He is not push at all and answers all your questions without misleading you. Everything he promised was done. The workmanship and the workers that came to work at our home were all excellent. Did excellent work, we converted a jack & jill bath tub to a walk in shower and the finished product is lovely! Highly recommend New Bath and if you can, ask for Josh. He is execllent."
