I offered to pay the difference between a one-time fee and a recurring fee after I cancelled because I was dissatisfied. They stopped communicating with me when I asked that they remove their charge of $100 and they said that it was their policy to make the charge. I think this is a bad business practice, although it is their policy. So that is why I am not going to give them my business again. They can keep my $100, which I think is a punitive charge, but they will not get any more of my business."

He took the time to listen to our concerns and tailored the service to our needs. We also had a wool rug cleaned. Rugs are often not easy to clean without causing damage and he took his time, and was careful. The rug and carpets look great! I would highly recommend his services. I paid upfront via Venmo to Devante Jackson to since I had to leave for some time. When I got back later I didnt find it cleaned as to what was promised. Tried contacting them after that and there has been no response. To add to this, it was an empty moved out apartment and the job was pretty clear as to what needed to be done."
