I obtained 3 bids; he was the only one who asked follow-up questions to be sure he was going to perform the job correctly. He also provided the name of a company from which we purchased the material. Once we had the material, he picked up the chairs and had them back in a week. The pattern was perfectly matched to the cushions. And he also touched up the frames, but asked our permission before doing so. He also delivered the chairs to my home.
Although I live in Round Rock, he was willing to provide the service, and I'm glad he did. I will definitely use him again.
