"I called Eurasian and spoke to Leo. I was looking for an inspection of a car to make sure it was road safe. I was willing to pay and asked how much the inspection would be. Leo made a point of telling me there was no charge for the inspection. I took the car in. He called later and told me I needed $1,700 worth of repairs. I was not prepared to pay that and asked how long that estimate was good for so I could think about it. He told me 30 days. I had my daughter pick up the car. Leo charged her $50. He told her we had agreed to that. We had not. He had even sent me an invoice with a $0 balance. This is not about the $50. I had offered to pay. This is about dishonesty. I guess I will keep looking for a mechanic I can trust. So should you"

"Rene and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. I have a 15 year old Landcruiser that the Texas sun hammered the leather front seats to the point they start splitting and the leather steering wheel wrap was shredding as well. They completely transformed the front seats and steering wheel to showroom condition. When I picked it up he even replaced the cloth speaker covers for no charge. I will absolutely take any vehicles I have back to him and would highly recommend him. One note: The business is called "Classic Auto Restyling"."

Family-owned for 30 years. K & M Contracting is a full remodeling contracting company capable of handling projects from room additions, roofing, and interior remodeling to building custom designed homes. The mission of K & M Contracting is to provide quality and economical construction with personal attention to the needs of the home owner or project manager. One of the great ironies of homeownership is that most houses reach their highest potential just when they are sold. The owners get by for years without improving or repairing their home. Enjoy your home while "you" still own it.

"The best recommendation I can give for hiring K & M Contracting is that I would, without hesitation, recommend them to family and friends. I totally recommend them to anyone needing home repairs or a remodeling project - large or small. Employees, Curtis and Ed, are expert professionals, excellent craftsmen, as well as respectful, dependable, honest and punctual. Extremely impressive workmanship! I’m very pleased with completed projects."

Leather and Vinyl Repair questions, answered by experts

Many types of flooring can cover tiles, including vinyl, vinyl plank, engineered wood, carpet, and hardwood. The most common are various types of vinyl and engineered woods because of their versatility. However, as long as the tile floor is in good condition, you can install a flooring that fits your vision for the space.

If you are ready to work on replacing floorboards but discover that your hardwood floor type has been discontinued, there are some options. You can get a piece of unfinished wood in the same wood type and thickness and stain it yourself. Also, consider contacting the manufacturer to see what similar products they may have in their product line that may work for you. Otherwise, you can contact a speciality company to customize exactly what you need.

Even with proper floor protection, small scratches sometimes happen. If it’s just a minor scuff, you can often buff it out with a sponge and a bit of floor polish. For slightly worse scratches, there are a variety of scratch removal products that may help, including finish restorer and blending pencils.

It depends on the reason for the sagging floors, but since sagging floors are usually a sign of foundation damage that you could have avoided, chances are your homeowners insurance policy will not cover the necessary repairs. Not only that, but your provider likely won’t cover the actual foundation damage that is causing the issue either, as it’s considered an avoidable type of damage, and negligence isn’t covered by most insurers.

Although it isn’t recommended to use more than 1,500 pounds of force per square inch (or PSI) on delicate siding materials like wood and metal, it’s safe to use more than that on surfaces made of stone, cement, and, yes, vinyl. In most cases, you can use up to 3,500 PSI without any problems, though you’ll want to make sure to use a tip with a spray span that better disperses this pressure, like a green or yellow tip.
