Rob is very courteous and prompt. He is detail oriented. His workmen were quiet and I did not hear foul language and loud music.. Rob answered emails and texts promptly and was forthcoming with answers and solutions. He finished the project on time despite a lot of rain! I Highly recommend Rob for any job that you might have!

Like the Ronco Rotisserie Oven. "Set it and Forget It ! " Rob comes out and mows, cleans and yard scapes our yards when it needs it, without me calling. The most dependable lawn guy ever. I get a bill via email and its done. No muss no fuss. Highly recommend. He does great work !

Did not complete SEVERAL items on written contract. After speaking to Rob with our concerns that the items were not completed he had no empathy and we were told the items will not be getting done. His workers were taking there time and milking the clock for 11 straight days staining our deck. There are several cracks and chips in the concrete and the wire mesh they laid down within the concrete framing was left laying flat on the ground during the concrete pour. We have splashed concrete 4 feet high on our fence.They Left the area at our home a complete mess, not only in our yard but two of our neighbors areas as well, the police were called because the concrete company dumped a huge pile of concrete, wood and empty concrete bags behind our neighbors home, that was after they had left it dumped behind our fence. we thought they cake and cleaned it up but they just dumped it up the hill behind our neighbors home. They Broke an 8 foot section of our fence as well as 8 fence boards and just left it for us to fix. When we showed all the items listed above to Rob, he acted totally un-concerned and had no response. They Also left a mess on city property for which code enforcement was called by the city grounds department because they could not cut a section of the grass because of the concrete and rocks mess that was left laying on city property. They ruined 5 yards of our river rocks which were covered with Concrete slag. Rob said he would pay for new rocks but never did. They painted over and ruined our rope lights which were used to light up our stairs for safety purposes. There were also a few other items Rob said he would do if we purchased the items,they were purchased but Rob never completed them. The Project was quoted as 10 to 14 days start to finish, they actually took over 30 days and left the job site with several items not being completed and the area was a total mess. When all items above were shown and mentioned to Rob he responded by saying the job was complete and nothing more will be done. At the start Rob wrote on the contract that half money was due up front and final half upon completion. we paid the half up front and 10 DAYS into the project Rob was asking us for $3500.00 more so he could pay his workers. We paid the money. 5 days later Rob showed up at our home and said he could not put one more nail in one more board unless he received another $1400.00. Like fools we gave him another $1500.00. Like I mentioned Rob promised to do other things as well as long as we purchased the items. He even drove my wife to the hardware store so she could purchase the items and he never installed the items he promised. I have more to add but this review is long enough already. Just Be aware of this contractor, he is full of broken promises and has no clue how to run and manage his workers nor his business. I would stay away from hiring this fly by the seat of your pants company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

We needed a small job -- protecting the skirting on our house. Rob treated us like a client with an extensive project. He is affable, hard-working, and highly reliable. RECOMMENDED!

Very professional, timely, had done their research before my request, answered phone calls and emails promptly, thoroughly cleaned up after their work and even did a few extra chores that were too heavy for me to do in the surrounding area

Rob and his team are awesome at what they do! Rob understands the needs of his customers and he puts 110% into his work. He provided outstanding stone work for my patio and laid sod and plants throughout my back yard. He completed the project within the timeline and delivered exactly what I wanted. They completely landscaped my front and back lawn while installing a wood fence. They went slightly over budget on the costs but stuck to the original quote anyways and worked with me on any changes I recommended throughout the project. Rob is extremely easy to work with and they did a great job overall.

Rob didn’t want to do as I asked and then he didn’t plant some of the plants far enough in the ground. What a waste of money.
