They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

He reviewed the process with me before beginning, and had me come and inspect each phase of the project. The crew cleaned up throughout and at the end of the project and made sure that I was satisfied and answered my questions. It didn't stop there, I had different employees from Expo contact me to send me the life time warranty and to check my satisfaction, review how to clean the shower and to inform me they would call me in a few days to check if the shower was operating to my desires.
