"Perfect. Our Design Consultant, Chad Towny, was on time and demo their product which was very impressive. He answered all our questions and back their product 100%, West Shore was able to move our original appointment up from 23rd of April to the 1st of April. Great Good Friday surprise. Devin, Christian B. and Josh showed up @0800 on Friday 4/1/2021. It was awesome. I never seen a process move this fast. These guys had everything out by 0900 and the new tub in and water flow demo by 1000. They were complete by 14:00 and went through all the process of cleaning and warranty and answered more questions Great job. Thank you so much!"

"Only problem with remodel was that I was miss informed about how long the project would last. It could have been finished in 2-3 days however with building inspections and lack of all parts being in prior to starting the project it took two weeks."

Remodel Design questions, answered by experts

There are several different steps in the pole barn building process. First, you’ll need construction plans, which you’ll use to obtain permits. Then, you can clear the land so it’s suitable for building and installing the foundation. Your contractor will frame the barn using large poles, then rough in the plumbing and electricity (if your barn has those elements) before finishing the interior, adding siding, and installing the roof.

After that, they’ll finish up the electrical work and plumbing and add your windows and doors. You may have a few other finishing jobs to do like painting or waterproofing.

A floor plan is a less detailed illustration showing a building or room's layout from above, including elements like windows, doors, walls, and fixtures. It offers a simplified view for homeowners. In contrast, a blueprint is a more detailed, to-scale architectural drawing that includes all parts of the building plans, such as structural elements, construction details, and utility schematics. While a floor plan can be a type of view within a blueprint, the complete blueprint contains all the necessary details to turn the plan into a reality.

A designer is a great choice for remodeling projects that don’t require significant structural work. For remodeling that includes structural work like removing load-bearing walls, altering exterior walls, or adding on a room, an architect can design and execute the renovations while ensuring your home remains structurally sound.

Yes, designing builds to fit space constraints and meet functional needs.

The average build timeline for a home is between six and 12 months, with timelines pushing toward the upper end of that range if you’re creating a custom design or need a lot of land preparation before getting started. Hiring a general contractor or a custom homebuilder will help speed up the process, as you’ll see fewer delays between different parts of the build process getting done.
