They fully managed the project from start to finish - across planning, estimates, procurement, resourcing & scheduling, and quality assurance. The remodel of our bathrooms was a highly custom job - we wanted something unique and hired 2 designers to visualize our ideas. Not only did Robert give early feedback on the design, but bent over backwards to stay true to the designs until the finish. Robert and his crew were very accommodating to our demanding requirements (e.g., a dust free environment outside the construction zone, attention to detail, financial transparency, on time delivery). Robert is a very hands-on manager. He did detailed walkthroughs at the end of each milestone, proactively found issues, made sure fixes were made, lessons learnt, and quality improved continuously. Robert dealt with twists and turns that a remodel inevitably involves with grace and grit. Along the way, he and his crew even found and fixed significant issues that violated code that the original builder had left behind. Overall, we are thrilled with our new bathrooms.
