Sun City Plumbers

I have had Sun City plumbers out twice at this house I just bought here . The first time it was the water heater leaking gas, carbon monoxide and totally non-functional. Eric came out and got everything repaired/replaced up to code and safe. He did all of it with a great attitude and a smile on his face! Couldnâ t have been happier with the experience of finding Sun City plumbers to come and sort out the mess my water heater was. Unfortunately, for me when my new washer was hooked up water started gushing out of the wall and caused quite a mess as you can imagine. I again called Sun City plumbers. They sent George and Tony out and boy let me tell you those young men blessed me as well! This turned into quite the job since it involved the removal of lots of sheetrock and having to sort out another mess I inherited when I purchased this home. They came up with a way to make the necessary repairs affordable for me by thinking outside of the box. They even went so far as to recommend someone to come out to look at sheet rocking, and re-texturizing the walls that had to be cut out. I truly cannot recommend this company and their employees high enough! I really believe their prices are fair as well. This is a great company filled with wonderful employees with exceptional customer, service skills, and attitudes!

The relief valve on an outside faucet failed and a new one was installed. The job was well done and the plumbers were professional and polite. I feel the charge for the work was reasonable. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

Gentleman that answered phone was professional ,polite and he listened ! The workers, Alex & Johnny, gave me a phone call ahead of the estimated arrival time to let me know their ETA. Arrived timely, Both workers where professional, asked questions regarding the issue and explained what they were going to do. An issue with one of the shut-off valves was noticed. The told me about it before fixing it, letting me know the cost and the legth of time my toilet would be out of service. The showed old-fashioned customer service and old-fashioned work...they put pipe dope on the threads for the new shu-off valve so down the road it would not corrode and would be easier to take off. Just like my dad taught me 45 years ago. Will be handing out their business cards to my neighbors.

Frank and his team were great. They replaced my mothers old water heater and made sure the rest of the plumbing lines and valves were up to date. They laid plastic down on the floor so they would get anything wet or dirty. My mom is happy with her new water heater.

Highly recommend them and wont use nobody else
