For example, when he built my stairs for my back porch, I told him they were only going to be temporary, but he explained to me, no matter if it’s temporary or permanent, safety is the main Priority. He also built them to my specifications with only a 5 inch rise instead of the standard 7 inch rise, which makes it much easier for me to be able to get up and down my steps. "This was a repainting of our slab that I already sent a review about. Mentioned to Juan that we selected a color that was not even close to matching any of our stones on our house. So he said he would repaint, but come out and chip of a small piece of a stone, and color match that at the Sherwin Williams store. With a sample in hand, my husband painted a small area, and Juan came back out and paint it again! Looks great!"

"I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote. Another contractor came and he was great, but the first thing he asked for was our settlement paperwork. @EASE! was honestly a shot in the dark, I simply liked what their website said and so I called. Hugo has been amazing. He has provided the quality I needed and the expertise I wanted at a cost that is reasonable. He has taken time to explain the work that needs to be done and I can trust his advice as what is best for my home and my family."
