"I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote. Another contractor came and he was great, but the first thing he asked for was our settlement paperwork. @EASE! was honestly a shot in the dark, I simply liked what their website said and so I called. Hugo has been amazing. He has provided the quality I needed and the expertise I wanted at a cost that is reasonable. He has taken time to explain the work that needs to be done and I can trust his advice as what is best for my home and my family."

Bill Roberts did the job, he and his brother Kevin had to come out twice just to do the estimate correctly and naturally it was higher than the original. Bill did the job and as I have heart problems and was not able to go out into the heat I paid him in full. When I realized that the work was not completed I began calling Bill on a fairly regular basis to come out and finish what he had bee

n paid for Bill has made several appointments and showed up once to finish, did not let me know he was leaving and when I went outside the work left was not completed. I called and called him, he apologized and kept giving me more dates that he never showed up for or called to reschedule.. I also had him take measurements to install a new countertop in my kitchen when I couldn't get an estimate he said he had given it to his brother and had not received an estimate as yet that was on 5/7/2015.

My husband and I are senior citizens and I have a heart problem and my husband has Parkinson's disease Bill took advantage of us

 by not completing his work or having the courtesy to return a call and cancel after he made an appointment. Very disappointing and I realize I have no recourse with the money we paid the company but I hope this review helps someone else looking for a contractor. By the way the spa gate is hanging up again Bill didn't even fix that properly now I have no idea about the rest of the work performed.

"I was referred to Ybarra by a friend who had their kitchen done. I was in love with the cabinets and the end result of it all and asked her who her contractor was. Ryan and Levi were so helpful and catered to my specific requests and time frames because I work a night job. Their crew went above and beyond, replied to my late-night text messages and the concerns I had about my dogs getting out while they were working. They made sure to clean and lock up every time they left and were very courteous about trying to keep the noise down while I slept, which was very nice of them as well. "Overall it was stressful! But Jarrett was very responsive and helpful the whole way through. He was very communicative and professional the entire time. One thing that impressed me the most was that if one of his sub-contractors didn't follow through with something he would do it himself. We blew out our original budget with expensive counter-tops and appliances that were not in the original scope and Jarrett kept reassuring me that we were going to still make our budget numbers. He kept his word, and worked with me to save money along the way and we came in less than 1% over our original budget, absolutely astonishing. He was very adaptive to the various problems and snags we ran into along the way. His cabinet guys are amazing. His framer was awesome as well. Did we finish in time? No. Historic rain and flooding, combined with subcontractor miscommunication and delayed materials, plagued the project. Projects like this don't happen quickly and don't come without headaches, disappointments and anxiety. We didn't make that easy for him either, we moved into the house before it was complete! Do I think we got our money's worth? Absolutely. In the end, we got the project done and on budget and Jarrett worked hard for us to make it happen. I would recommend him, and I would hire him again."
