"All the work done by Jaye Stark and his crews was excellent. In spite of the local heavy rains and flooding in May, he completed the work close to on time. Most important, where the heavy rains resulted in damage to some of the work he performed, Jaye came out quickly to repair the damage. I recommend him to anyone needed masonry work."

"I highly recommend Bryce for all your HVAC needs. He is very knowledgeable and graciously took the time to explain all his repairs in detail and answer all my questions. He went the extra mile with service and I appreciate his honesty and not trying to up-sell on his services. Not only that, but his prices were more than reasonable for the level of service he provided. He had to come back twice to complete the job since he didn't have parts on his truck and came on a Saturday and Sunday when it was convenient for me, and not him. What more can I say, Bryce is the real deal I won' hesitate for one second to us him again when the time comes.

The cost to replace a chimney damper ranges from $160 to $520, depending on the type of damper and the complexity of the installation. If you're looking to repair an existing damper, expect to pay around $100 and $225, depending on the extent of the damage and your location. Hiring a professional ensures proper installation or repair, which can help maintain energy efficiency and prevent drafts, making it a worthwhile investment for long-term savings.

You don’t necessarily need a chimney for a pellet stove. However, all pellet stoves need some type of venting system to get rid of gasses and other potentially harmful byproducts of combustion. If you don’t have a chimney, an alternative option is to vent your pellet stove through an exterior wall of your home.

The burn time of pellets in a pellet stove depends on factors such as stove size, heat setting, and pellet quality. A full hopper of pellets can last anywhere from 12 to 48 hours. Lower heat settings will extend burn times, while higher settings will reduce them. It's important to choose high-quality pellets because they burn more efficiently and produce less ash, maximizing the stove's burn time and overall performance. Regularly monitoring the pellet level ensures consistent heat output and optimal efficiency from your pellet stove.

A fireplace can take anywhere from a few hours to several weeks to remodel, depending on the complexity of the project. For example, for a simple paint job, you’ll spend very little time touching up your fireplace, while larger remodels that involve replacing or repairing a fireplace can take up to 4 weeks.

Yes, pellet stoves can serve as a primary heating source in colder climates, provided they are properly sized for the space and maintained regularly. They are capable of generating sufficient heat to keep homes comfortable during winter months. However, in regions with extremely low temperatures, you may need supplemental heating to ensure consistent warmth, especially during prolonged cold spells.
