"Excellent! Melissa, the receptionist, answered the phone promptly and very pleasantly. I told her my problem about reprogramming my system to turn on sprinklers. She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. I will never again use that high priced sprinkler service i've had for 15 years. From now on its CAPS Sprinkler System!!!!! Ronnie J."

They work very hard and fast and got the job done in one day, even though our acre was really a JUNGLE but his team made it look like a park; it was so beautiful after they finished. They went above and beyond what we'd expected. Mr. Lara and his team are very polite and friendly, yet work very hard to get all the job done - even more than we planned. Even the large downed tree that had started to rot, they totally got it cut up and removed!! "One of my most frustrating things was getting a lawn irrigation service to show up. Fortunately, last year I finally found one. Rhett from College Station Sprinkler Repair fixed my sprinkler system after the freeze last year and also put in another circuit for drip irrigation. Today, I had him out again for an issue. He initially misdiagnosed the problem and did some unnecessary work, before discovering the actual source. He didn't have to tell me that (because I wouldn't have known without him telling me) and refused to charge for the extra work. I highly recommend him if you're having problems with your irrigation system. He shows up on time, completes the work, and shows integrity in his work."

"Scheduling was great, an appointment was made immediately and the contractor arrived on the day scheduled. After that problems started. The contractor mowed my lawn while raining and I had piles of wet grass left on my lawn. When the grass dried I had a big mess. The dead grass also killed areas of my lawn. I contacted customer service, forward photos and they rectified that problem by sending someone out to recut my lawn. I was willing to give them another chance. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. The day I was due to have lawn mowed I received an email that it had been reschedule for the next day. The next day no one showed nor did I receive a call nor email at which point I terminated services. This is not a reliable business."
