From the first contact to project completion, Ryan was a consummate professional. Ryan and I were in continuous communication related to the job. Dale cycled water through all the faucets to understand our concern and found the issue by the heater. Apparently the heater was set to a timer which was turned off. Afterwards he performed the cleaning of the heater which went fine."

Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."
