I was really happy with the response time and the time it took to complete the project because it was being done for a family member who had just been diagnosed with cancer and was in the hospital. So it was super important to get the job done as quickly as possible before they came home to create a safe environment. However, being charged double what I was quoted really leaves me a bad feeling because I was never updated with the cost and I feel like I am stuck now paying the price that is over $100 an hour for labour but the materials only cost $500.
