Keith H came out when promised - about an hour after my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He even washed off the condenser coils for me. I'll use them again without hesitation - especially since they have Saturday and Sunday hours.

The professionalism and care is unmatched. I will use Aggieland Climate Control in the future. I will trust no one else. He explained what he saw and what could happen in the future. He was very polite and respectful. I will not choose another company in the future. If you want a company that cares Aggieland Climate Control is for you!!

Everything went as expected. They couldn't replace the ac immediately so gave us several window units to get through the heat.

At first there was a mixup, with the technician thinking that the tenant was us (the owners), charging the tenant for the visit, and not even getting back to us with any feedback. After a few phone calls on our part, we finally spoke directly with Jose Rodriguez, who resolved the situation. He explained the a/c problem, described what had been done, and took responsibility for the mix-up, including the charges. Because the unit is only 2 years old, we will be going back to the original installer for the warranty work on this A/C, but we expect to use Aggieland Climate Control for other work in the future.

It was great. I contacted Aggieland Climate control and told them what I needed. They ordered the blower motor and it arrived the next day. They installed it that day (just in time, it was getting hot) with a minimum of fuss. The technicians was very professional, yet friendly. Mark McMurray

Excellent service. My original call was seeking information regarding a long list of possible repairs to that system. Jose Rodriguez, the president, answered the call personally! He took the time to listen to my situation and then to explain the history of the HVAC codes for College Station and the requirements for systems built before those codes were written. Then, he recommended an inspection that could be used as a counter offer. My costs went from $ 530 to $125! Understanding that I had a limited amount of time to complete any inspections or work, he scheduled a technician, Clay, for the next day, when I would be in town. Clay was professional, arriving on time and answering every question. Clay was thorough, respectful, and detailed. I sincerely wish this company had a branch office in my city.

We are out of town landlords and felt they did a good job reporting all the details back to us by phone.

It was suppose to be a $49 Seasonal Furnace or Air-Conditioner Tune-Up, I ended up paying $449. They did the "tune up" in less than 10 minutes and pump freon gas in the system without warning me of the prices.

This was fine. They had to come back twice. He wasn’t dirty or did he curse. He was polite.

Two of the most efficient , polite and competent young men that I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. found our problem very quickly, weren't at all upset that they had made a trip to Tabor for a flipped breaker. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing while he was working on the system. Suggested that there was a leak in the system and infused ~2lbs of refrigerant. Suggested HVAC system replacement since the refrigerant was no longer available. Spent some time trying to sell a new system (understandable, but I did not appreciate it). But the service was professional.

Very good. After getting on the right calendar days, the technician arrived, inspected system (all ok), and fixed problem with evaporation pan. Very pleased.

The technician(Travis) came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. The outside unit was dirty and had caused the air conditioner to stop working. He cleaned the unit out and reset pressure switch. The air conditioner started working properly. He checked the Freon and the pressure and was through in about an hour. Travis was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would definitely use them again.

The AC was not working at a rental property I had just purchased at the end of May in CS. My tenant did not let me know the property had been getting hotter all day Sat, then she finally called about 7:30 Sat evening to tell me she couldn't get the unit to cool. She went to a hotel (luckily the other 2 tenants were out of town)and spent that Sat. night. I called Aggieland Climate Control and left a message about noon on Sunday. Dillon called back within a few minutes and said he could get right over to the property. Within 30 minutes he called back to say the problem was a thrown breaker for the AC. He said there would be no charge and just hoped I'd call on him and his company again for any AC needs I might have. I've owned my own business for 29yrs and I KNOW what good customer service looks like. I can't speak to what the charges might have been, but when I needed help IMMEDIATELY.....I got it from Aggieland Climate. My tenant said Dillon was very pleasant to deal with and completely professional. THIS is the company I'll be calling again for my HVAC needs.

Aggieland gave me a free quote and several options on a new air conditioner. They showed up exactly when they said they would, replaced the entire unit in 2 days, and came in exactly where quoted on the price. They filled out all paperwork necessary for warranties, and arranged for the city to come inspect the work when finished. All I had to do was open the door. It has been several months of summer now and everything is still working wonderfully! I highly recommend this company!

The entire system was installed by Aggieland Climate Control nearly 3 yrs ago and we were impressed with the knowledge and service then and still are. .

They were great...not only same-day, but they were able to come earlier than the appointment (they called to check first). The serviceman was polite and efficient. He showed us the problem, and had the correct replacement materials already. The scheduler was also very polite and helpful. Wonderful company.

Repairman checked filter, coils, and coolant. Stated that air conditioner was approximately 1996 model. It is operating correctly but just can't keep up with the heat. He stated there was no charge since no repairs were made. He did not try to sell me a new unit. When I decide to replace the air conditioner, this is the company I will buy it from. They stated they would come at 1 pm the same day I called, but asked if they finished another job earlier would it be ok to call and come earlier. I said yes sure enough, they called and came about 30 minutes earlier. (Yeah!) I am happy to have found this company.

I called and they said they could be out the next morning. Around 3, they called back and said they could be there in 30 min. I was impressed. The technician that came out was very nice, and worked hard to make the work done of the utmost quality.This is not the first time I have used them. 2 years ago, I returned from the hospital of a full abdominal surgery to a very hot 98 degree home. They came out within hours when I explained I couldn't walk and was just home from the hospital. The unit needed to be replaced. They called ever other AC Contractor in the area to get me a replacement that day. They could not find the correct size, so the owner sent an employee to Houston to get one to put in the following morning. I could not have asked for a more wonderful or nicer group of guys.

Answered the phone the day after Christmas when most other heating/cooling contractors were closed. Came out the next day and replaced a fuse in the heat pump -- and waived the service call fee. This was a nice Christmas gift and we will call them first the next time we need work done.

Called company on Saturday at 10 am. Was told they have 2 calls and am next. Their website advertised a free estimate and free service call and 30% off service charge. I was charged $200 for a capacitor that costs at most $30. Why the $200 if I weren't charged service call, estimate and had a 30% discount. Their invoice is vague at best. I was ripped off and don't appreciate their dishonest business practices, trick you with a great coupon and then rip their customers off.
