They fixed the leak, whatever the leak was. They put twice as much oil in, which puts pressure on the gaskets and can blow them. They installed platinum plugs in my 1989 Buick Park Ave and charged me the high price for them. When I found out what the cost was I realized something was wrong. I asked them to remove these, as I planned to sell the car in a year and these are very expensive. Whoever installed the plug wires did not place them in sequence. I couldn't even get out of the parking lot. I was holding the schematics so the guy could try to get the wires in order. They told me my car had green gas, not true. They suggested I go to discount store and get a bottle of 91% alcohol to pour into the tank and that this would take care of everything. I asked them if they were going to pick me up when I didn't make it there. They told me I would make it there, I contested. He went to the shop and came out with a gallon jug of rusty looking substance. He poured some in my gas tank, I didn't know what this was. I had to drive with my foot on the accelerator and the brake, as the car would try to die every time I slowed down. I managed to get home, and the car has not moved since. This was April 2008. I had a state inspection on my car. The person doing the inspection did not even drive my car. When he wrote the miles on the inspection sticker, he wrote it for 119k something. I knew this wasn't right, I only had 105k miles. By his doing this would negate their nationwide warranty, not to mention its against the law. I had him initial and note the fact that he had made an error. I did not want to be accused of falsifying the mileage on my car when I tried to sell it. The bill for the "repairs" was $813.59. I would not use these people! They advertised at the time that they had an ASE certified mechanic, the next year in the new phone book that was not in their ad.
