Eric and crew were great to work with. The old deck was swiftly removed and the new deck in installed in just a few days. Work area was always left tidy. Construction quality is high. The picture is of just finished deck. I had him stain a light color; thought quality showed better with raw wood. Eric suggested the top rail - you can set drinks and even a plate on it! I am enjoying it. I am president of my HOA and have dealt with a variety of vendors/contractors and Eric was one of the easiest, most reliable who delivered a high quality product when he said. Would definitely use Eschberger Construction again.

Our experience with Eric and Eschberger Construction was positive! He contacted me after seeing my search to start the project, building an outdoor deck. Eric came out promptly and gave us an estimate in writing, answered all questions, and was able to start quickly. Eric was easy to communicate with and returned calls/texts promptly. His crew of workers was amazing. Gabe, Ashwon ( sorry if misspelled) were superb. Respectful, polite, professional, hard working and cleaned up the area. Always asked if we needed anything before they left for the day. No slacking throughout record heat. Not to mention a killer playlist as well. Really enjoyed getting to know everyone on this team. The deck turned out better than we even expected and so happy with the finished product. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Feel free to use me as a reference.

After contacting several different fencing companies, decided to hire Eschberger Const. Eric (owner) was happy to look over my fencing project, listened to my concerns and gave me a fair bid with a contract listing exactly what was included. Excellent way to conduct business. Professional and personable. His crew was wonderful to work with. The project needed a few tweeks after installation. Eric was more than happy to return (at no additional cost) and make it right. Our project was very large involving neighbors on two sides. We are all very happy with the completed job.

The new deck is much better built than our 20 year old deck. We decided to go with composite deck boards. I expect this deck will last 30 -40 years. The company got to work on the deck very quickly, and the quality was generally very good, except that one worker messed up on the steps, which he corrected the same day. The crew members were polite, fast, and cleaned up the site when they were finished. The owner was responsive to questions and problems, and adjusted plans when needed. I would use them again for other projects.
