We work with all types of high quality hardwoods: oak, cherry, maple, walnut, hickory, alder, birch, mahogany, and bamboo. Rustic or knotty selections are also available. Due to a low overhead and working directly with an Amish family whose labor rate is nearly a third that of a Master Carpenter, we are able to offer an exceptional product at an affordable price. He earned a Master's Degree in Furniture Design from the Rhode Island School of Design, has taught woodworking at the college level for 10 years. and has written several books, authored numerous articles and lectured extensively on topics related to woodworking and furniture design.
