Hello, I am a new business owner looking to provide excellent service to those in need of getting rid of Junk and other debris!

I am 22 years old working full time and trying to get a business started on the side. Even though I am young I have lots of experience. I enjoy working I started painting with my family at 5 years old stuck with that for a while. Then went to another company and got more experience in a different trade. I am willing to travel my goal next year is to be near Dallas but will travel back and fourth still. The company provided a quick and fair quotation using photos and measurements that I provided of the deck along with a description of the services I was requiring.  Upon my acceptance of the quote, the work was scheduled that week.

When the technician arrived, he assessed that due to the previous staining job being performed on wet pressure treated wood that we would need to use a different type of stain product than was originally quoted.  The difference in price was ~$50 and we mutually agreed to the change in scope.

The technician performed the cleaning on the first day.  The cleaning consisted of a blower to remove any large debris and a pressure wash with a cleaning solution.

The staining occurred on day two and was applied with a gas-powered sprayer.  We had chosen a Sherman Williams Solid Color Traditional Russet Superdeck Stain.  As Good As New offered a 3 year warranty for this product.

Upon completion, the technician and I walked the job and looked for missed spots.  We found none.  He then gave detailed instructions on how to care for the new stain and told me to call if we had any issues during the warranty period.

Overall a very positive experience with As Good As New.

"Wonderful. He and his crew arrived on time and started to work immediately. They did a lot of work on my house and an apartment a few houses down. They took out four dead trees, planted four trees, planted hibiscus after re arranging the irrigation pipes that were originally placed in the middle of the bed. They moved that so the hibiscus could be planted. They cleaned up a messy area around the apartment and cleaned up the trees that were scraping the roof of the apartment. All in all, they did a great job and I will use them again."

Robert Ochoa even threw in some not-so-minor roof repairs for $200 while he was here. Great service, great quality, great clean up, very close to the lowest estimate. The quality and timing were worth the extra $100 or so over the lowest price bidder who couldn't schedule us as quickly.

This company rocks - they came out very quickly to provide an estimate in April 2011 and again in December 2013 (at Christmas). Wind blew down the north side of our shared privacy fence (2011) and blew down our tree on to the south side fence at Christmas (2013). Scheduled us immediately both times, provided a sturdier three horizontal support fence, neighbor friendly, including an entry gate. Knocked each job out in one day.
