He and another crew member completed the work quickly and his rate was reasonable. I later noticed a couple of humps in the carpet that needed to be stretched out after the carpet dried from the steam cleaning. I contacted Angel about it, and he returned the next day to fix it. I believe my polyester, luxurious silky, shag rug should have been cleaned with a dry chemical and that I should have kept looking for someone that offered that service. Voda was truthful about not being able to offer that service. I should not have authorized them to proceed. My rug does not look good at all. If you have regular carpeting, you should be fine."
