"On February 2nd we had a freeze all across Connecticut, our pipes bursted in 6 different places. I called every restoration company in 3 different states, and nobody had any openings for at least a month. Everyone was so overbooked because of the freeze. I remembered a company I've heard about, in San Antonio TX called canco restoration. I called and spoke to a man named Kenneth Barrett and asked if he would be able to help me. He told me he was more than willing to help us out! I called my insurance company USAA and got the go ahead for Canco to come out. The next day Kenneth, and his estimator flew out here to Connecticut. We got the estimation done, and that Saturday his whole team drove from san antonio TX to Connecticut. They were here for approximately 5 days, they worked fast and efficiently! The team did an incredible job with the water restoration and drying everything out. I couldn't of asked for a better company! CANCO is the best water restoration out here, hands down! The build back was incredible as well! My husband and I were able to be kept in the loop every step of the process! My house is 100% better than how it was before! The total cost of my restoration was 90,000. I feel truly blessed that Kenneth Barrett and his team could be of service all the way in Connecticut. If anyone needs water restoration work done, I absolutely believe CANCO is the best and only option!"

"I hired Viking to iinstall new tank and pump. The pump went out so I called for repair service. I had no water for almost a week. Calls went unreturned. When Sheldon finally returned my call he said he was too busy and would not come to check on problem for another week. He said that I was on my own and to call the vendor that sold him the pump. I paid over $7000.00 for lousy customer service and faulty equipment that didn?t last for more than a few years. Do not hire this company. "
