BEWARE of this provider!!!! I paid Extreme Plumbing $5700 for the initial rough in and they walked off the job and didn't complete the work. I subsequently had to hire another plumber at the cost of $2500 to finish the work.

From the initial contact with Luie's wife Sandy, to Luie arriving on-time, and to him performing the service, I was COMPLETELY satisfied with this company.  Luie and his assistant did not rush through the job, were very friendly and professional, and did an outstanding job.  This is a smaller company and their prices are more competitive than the large plumbing companies.  I highly recommend Extreme Plumbing and will use them for all our plumbing needs.  Thanks again guys, Tom G.

On the evening of 7/1/2015 at dusk, I noticed water running down the street upon going outside to put out the trash for the next day pickup. After following the source of the water leak, I discovered it was coming from my water meter. I called SAWS to report the leak. They said they would come out to check it. Two hours later, SAWS did not come out so I called again. Now they said they had limited staff and they would not be able to come out until the next day. I thought to my self that if the water is coming from my side of the meter, then I will have a pretty big water bill if I didn't do something. I found a water tool and reached down into the overflowing water meter to find the notch to attach the tool so I could turn off the water. I succeeded in turning off the water leak which meant that the leak was apparently coming from my side. The next morning SAWS came out to the house and verified that the water leak was coming from my side.
I went to my computer, got on Angie's List, and sought out a plumber. The first plumbing service I called could not come out because they had a major job at hand. Then I called Extreme Plumbing & Drain Service. I first talked to a lady and explained the situation. She said she would have to contact Luie and would call back in 10 minutes. She called back and we set an appointment between 11 and 1 p.m. Luie showed up on time. I explained that I had a similar problem some 3 years ago. He gave me a quote of $185.00 if the problem was what I thought it was. Luie and his assistant dug up the area. They found that the pvc pipe had cracked at the elbow which allowed the water leak. He showed me the problem, then started repairing it. After repair, he explained that due to all the rain activity lately, the ground had shifted which caused the pvc pipe to crack. He said because the pvc pipe is fixed and does not allow for shifts. The repair he did allows the piping to shift by 3 inches to compensate for future ground shifting.
I want to say that Extreme Plumbing & Drain Service are wonderful in what they do. The customer service was fantastic. The price was great.The management and employees are extremely professional, courteous, and are a credit to the industry and the community that they serve. I will definitely will use them again if I should have the need. Thank you

Perfect. Luie was very professional, friendly and quick. He & Robert finished the job in about 35 minutes. Sandra got in touch with me right away and fit me into their busy schedule right away. Also, he offers a warranty on the installation- which other companies would not because I didn't purchase the disposal from them. I'll definitely use Extreme Plumbing again and refer to friends/family.

I woke to a leaking dripping through my ceiling in master bath, and after investigation found an expansion tank on my water heater in the attic had come loose and was leaking water for some time into sub floor and into my ceiling.
I called multiple plumbing teams from Angies list and all were polite and worked hard to try and get me scheduled for a quick repair, but Extreme Plumbing listened to the situation and evaluated the time it would take and scheduled me in between scheduled jobs.
The Extreme team was prompt, and called multiple times to validate time within an hour and showed up when they said they would. They were professional and listened to my concerns and re-mounted the tank more secure than before and guaranteed the work. Additionally the offered a resource to help with the cleanup and followed up later to check on services and make sure I was happy.
I was so happy with the Extreme team that I will be having them quote some additions and use them for all future pluming and gas related services.

They arrived late but completed the job on time.
I appreciated quick response.  They answered my call promptly on Saturday and installed the water heater on Monday morning.  Very professional and high quality work.

Just got back from vacation and turned on the hot water and had a rude surprise. I knew that smell from before and immediately went to Angie's List and got a deal for $89 from Extreme Plumbing. We have used their services before and are quite please with the quality of work Louie provides. Called the shop and told Sandra the problem and she was able to get Louie out the same day which makes me Extremely happy. Thanks guys for the awesome service!

His prices just got totally outrageous. They gave prompt response to when I had a call for plumbing, but when they got to the point where they wanted $3500 to dig a 50-foot line, I decided they didn't need my money.

Talk about professional! Luis arrived as scheduled, performed the job with incredible precision in a short amount of time, installed all new fittings and lines and taught me how to perform routine maintenance on my hot water heater. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Extreme Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

This is the fourth time I have used Luis for plumbing related projects on my house and rental.  The guy knows what he is doing and is willing to teach homeowners how to take care and perform maintenance on the hot water heater.  He showed up on the date and time scheduled and did a great job.  

Used Angie's list coupon.  Guys showed up and did a great job.  No issues.

When I called Extreme Plumbing, they were able to work me into their schedule the next morning. Luie, the company owner, along with an associate performed the work. Luie explained all of the work that would be done before starting the job. They completed the work quickly and they cleaned up the area before leaving. I would recommend Extreme Plumbing to everyone needing Plumbing work. Quality, professional work!

Very professional, showed up on time and did a great job.  Because of the hard water, our water heater has to be cleaned twice a year.  Always look to Angies list for deals for this service and who will do a good job.  This company did good work.

They first came out in December to complete the inspection, repair a small water leak, fix extremely high water pressure that was coming into the house, and provided me with a quote for the new system. I had them come out the next day and install the water softener when I was not here. They cleaned up well after the completion of each job. They installed the system in the only spot that they said it could be successfully installed it. The two stainless steel tanks are located on my front porch outside my door and I have no way to hide the big red hose that is leading up to my ceiling.  I had some problems with it because there was no owner’s manual. Since I was not here, there was no one to show me how to manage the system and I did not know what I was doing. I had called them and someone tried to talk me through the system over the phone, but I needed more hands on directions. Later, it started leaking. I called them after hours and they came the next day. The technician who came out repaired the leak and also showed me how to use the system. They didn’t charge me to come back out because the water softener was under warranty. I was pleased with the service and I learned a lot.

What started with a possible leak turned into a major problem. all pipes from house to water heater had to be replaced since they were from 1972. Louie moved piping and put them in better access placing for heater. He was quick in all aspects of his ability to do the job and did it very precise and accurate. He did it all within an hour. Left my father in awe. I dont know if knew my father was military or just that hes a senior citizen but the bill was so discounted on the bill. The work that Louie did should have been more than I expected. Me and my folks are keeping him around for the next time we need his service

All went well.  Prompt response.  Analyzed problem and cleared blockage which was not where I at first thought it was.. Definitely knew what he was doing.

The Extreme team showed up on time and went right to work.  They explained everything they would be doing and why.  Water heater was flushed.  I even asked them to look at a leaky water faucet in the master bedroom, and they fixed it while they waiting for the water to flush.  Great team, super friendly, and the price was awesome!  I asked for their card and if I have any plumbing issues I'll use them again!
