My project was creating additional barrier walls in a home for the PadSplit app. We had to add 3 electrical outlets, as well as connect a clothes washer that required all lines electrical and water to be ran. Alex was cordial, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the work and level of craftsmanship that goes into the project. You will meet Dario and others on his team who are incredibly polite, clean, and efficient. Project was completed in a little over a week. Budget: initial bid around $7800 + taxes, two owner approved add ons elevated the project around $600. (Plug relocation, and dryer vent routing) Payment was made in 3 payments over the life of the project. I like this as it lets you see the project be started first. Alex kept me in the loop every day and came over in person to inspect, and recommend updates to the job. "Mark was on time and came prepared to work! He mulched our entire front yard and took care in doing it. He kept everything neat through the process and respected the plants that he had to work around. Our palmetto tree was in bad shape and needed trimming. He made it look beautiful again. He worked most of the day and returned bright and early the next day to finish up. He also cut the grass in our backyard and edged. He was mannerly and the most important thing he was not in a hurry to finish. He was more interested in doing a good job. We plan on Mark coming back in September or October to replace rotten wood on our deck."
