Wow!!! Renee .... Phenomenal!!! She had an answer for everything. Even while working with other customers, she is always thinking about "All her clients". Always trying to find a solution, always positive. Always caring and concerned. She is so flexible with my crazy schedule!! Yes, yes, yes I would recommend her over and over! Even when a paper bomb exploded in my house while doing my taxes, Renee never judged me or looked down on me. Renee tackled it and focused on the task at hand.

I thought I would have to direct her more and since one of my problems is not seeing the solutions, I needn't have worried. She takes the initiative and makes great suggestions, goes ahead with organizing my clutter until it is no longer clutter. She respects my situation and helped significantly. She can work independently too without my worrying that she would thrown anything away without my consent. Great gal! Very professional.

Renee is awesome! Hard working lady, Excellent customer service. She genuinely cares about the people she helps. I would definitely recommend Under the Clutter to anyone. I needed help with purging items I no longer needed and finding a place for the rest. Several appointments were required and each time she returned, she was just as pleasant and patient as the first day. The goals I set are within view and I am pleased with the results thus far.
